Welcome to ATILA COMMERCE LLC. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ATILA COMMERCE LLC. ATILA COMMERCE LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. These are collectively referred to as the "Services".
ATILA COMMERCE LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, territory, or country of residence, or that you have obtained all legally required consent to use the Services.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the legal right to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person without our authorization.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from ATILA COMMERCE LLC.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory problems, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Please carefully review your order, shipping address, billing information, product selection, and quantities before submitting your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Customers seeking to cancel an order must contact ATILA COMMERCE LLC at atilacommerce.llc@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Orders placed through the Shop app or Shop sales channel cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed, except where cancellation is required by applicable law.
For eligible orders placed directly through our website or another sales channel, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If an order has already entered processing, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Once an order can no longer be cancelled, the customer must follow our applicable Return and Refund Policy.
All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are made for lawful purposes and that you will comply with all applicable laws relating to the purchase and use of our products.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors and applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, import charges, or applicable taxes.
Prices displayed through our online store may differ from prices offered through other stores, marketplaces, promotions, or sales channels.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, payment, billing, and account information.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and that all payment information provided is accurate.
You agree to pay all authorized charges associated with your order, including the product price, shipping and handling charges, and applicable taxes or other charges.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates and transit times displayed or communicated by us are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
ATILA COMMERCE LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer information, international processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Products may be fulfilled and shipped from international fulfillment centers, including facilities located in Hong Kong and mainland China.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to accept delivery, failed to collect the shipment, or otherwise caused the shipment to be returned, additional shipping or handling charges may apply where permitted by law.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All return, refund, damaged-item, defective-item, and cancellation requests must first be submitted to:
Customers must receive return authorization and return instructions before sending any merchandise back.
Products must not be returned to the address appearing on the original shipping package unless ATILA COMMERCE LLC specifically instructs the customer to use that address.
Approved returns may be required to be shipped to the fulfillment or return facility associated with the original order, which may be located in Hong Kong or mainland China.
Unless the return results from an error for which ATILA COMMERCE LLC is responsible or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Approved discretionary returns may be subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee.
Original shipping charges, return shipping expenses, customs charges, duties, taxes, and other shipping-related expenses are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Returned products must satisfy all eligibility requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law.
Our complete Return and Refund Policy applies to all returns and refunds and forms part of these Terms of Service.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including trademarks, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, audio, designs, layouts, logos, software, and other content, are owned by or licensed to ATILA COMMERCE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, commercially exploit, scrape, or transmit protected material from the Services without prior written authorization from ATILA COMMERCE LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Shopify's names, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property belong to Shopify or its respective rights holders.

We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from transactions conducted directly with third parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
ATILA COMMERCE LLC uses Shopify technology to operate and provide portions of its online store and Services.
Purchases made from our store are transactions between you and ATILA COMMERCE LLC.
Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related services but is not the seller of products purchased directly from ATILA COMMERCE LLC.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from products sold directly by ATILA COMMERCE LLC.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Because our store uses Shopify, certain information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating the Services, processing payments, preventing fraud, fulfilling orders, providing customer service, and delivering products.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE DISCLAIMERS APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS TO THE EXTENT SUCH DAMAGES MAY LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
